  • Body Wave, natural-color curly hair, and specialty textures: 5 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping. Estimated total: 8–10 business days.
  • Custom-colored hair that is not curly: 5 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping. Estimated total: 8–10 business days.
  • Hair that is both curly and colored: 7 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping. Estimated total: 10–12 business days. This includes pre-highlighted Vietnamese hair when it is also curly.

Returns & Store Credit

Contact Info@KJLuxuryHair.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging and any original seals, ties, and tags intact. Lace must remain uncut.

Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Approved returns receive store credit after inspection. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Hair custom-colored specifically for your order is final sale for change-of-mind purposes. Standard pre-highlighted Vietnamese hair may qualify when it meets the return conditions.

For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, contact us promptly before using or altering the hair so we can review your concern.
