Returns & Store Credit Policy: All sales are final. Requests for store credit must be made within 3 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging. Original proof of purchase required. Store credit issued after inspection.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: KJ Luxury Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping insurance recommended.

Product Disclaimer: Slight variations in texture and color may occur due to natural hair. Results vary with install, coloring, and maintenance. Professional installation recommended.
