Orders ship through DHL or FedEx. Shipping begins after processing is complete. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Please wait until your hair arrives and you have inspected it before scheduling your installation.
Contact Info@KJLuxuryHair.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging and any original seals, ties, and tags intact. Lace must remain uncut.
Original proof of purchase required.
Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Approved returns receive store credit after inspection. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Hair custom-colored specifically for your order is final sale for change-of-mind purposes. Standard pre-highlighted Vietnamese hair may qualify when it meets the return conditions.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, contact us promptly before using or altering the hair so we can review your concern.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
If your DHL or FedEx shipment stops updating, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
For packages marked delivered, check the delivery location, household members, and building staff. We will help review the shipment information and explain the next steps.
Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so the issue can be reviewed.
A refund or replacement is not automatic; the resolution depends on the circumstances and findings.
If you notice a delivery-address error, contact us immediately. We will check whether a correction is still possible, but address changes are not guaranteed.
Slight variations in texture and color may occur due to natural hair. Results vary with install, coloring, and maintenance. Professional installation recommended.
